A musical tribute to young jazz violinist Ludvig Girdland, who is recuperating from a life-threatening injury from an auto accident.
Also a CD release party for the only recordings of the Josh Nelson -- Ludvig Girdland Quartet. With Nelson, piano; Chrstian Howes, violin, Lyman Medeiros, bass; and Matt Slocum, drums
Brilliant, melodic and passionate jazz, with original compositions and standards.
All proceeds go to Girdland's family for his medical expenses.
